Connect with People Earlier in the Customer Journey with Instant Forms

Facebook Business

When people submit a form to your business it demonstrates interest and intent, which opens opportunities for you to connect with customers. We know businesses use forms in different ways from newsletter signups, to donor registrations, sample requests and more, so we're updating our form feature to better fit the variety of ways people express interest in a business or cause. Instant Forms, formerly known as lead forms, allow people to indicate they want to hear from your business, and provide contact information for how they’d like you to reach them. This helps businesses interact with people earlier in the customer journey and acquire high-intent customers sooner.

Businesses will now be able to include Instant Forms in ad campaigns with brand awareness, reach and traffic objectives.

And businesses are already seeing results using Instant Forms to connect with people earlier in the customer journey.

Instant Forms will also now be available in ads in Facebook Stories, helping businesses connect with people in an environment where they’re already engaged and open to discovery.

To help businesses better understand where their Instant Forms are most effective, we introduced platform reporting. This column on your report shows whether a form was submitted from Facebook or Instagram, enabling you to measure channel effectiveness.

Start building an audience and connecting with customers at scale using Instant Forms.
