Helping Businesses Hire Through Jobs on Facebook
Facebook BusinessSince launching in 2017, Jobs on Facebook has helped people find over one million jobs. Facebook internal data, October 2018 Today, we're announcing new partnerships with enterprise HR companies such as which will combine the ease and convenience of hiring tools with the expansive reach of Jobs on Facebook.
Now, employers can easily create job posts and manage applications through these applicant tracking systems. This lets businesses continue using the hiring tools they already use, and also access the expansive talent pool on Facebook. And applications from job seekers on Facebook will be sent directly to a partner's tool for a seamless review experience.
These partnerships are particularly beneficial for large businesses that often work with applicant tracking systems to post jobs and review candidates in one place.
Our partnerships with these companies not only make hiring easier for businesses, but also provide people with access to more jobs on Facebook. Forever 21 worked with Jobs on Facebook partner Talentify to hire new retail associates and received 154% more candidates on average compared to their other job sites, and hired 14% of the qualified candidates that applied.
All jobs published on Facebook go through a strict integrity review process, and must comply with our guidelines as defined in Facebook Platform Policy, Jobs terms (section 23) and Facebook Pages Guidelines, Jobs on Pages (section F).
